Parties to the Convention have reported on implementation of Article 11 and associated COP decisions in their national reports. A synthesis report of Parties' observations was prepared in order to assist in the preparatory work for the in-depth review of the work on incentive measures, which will be undertaken by the Conference of the Parties at its ninth meeting, in 2008.
